Welcome to Fixtures n more on-line. If you wish to purchase from our on-line catalog, you agree to accept these conditions.
Please read them carefully. Fixtures n more reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time
without prior notice to you.
Sales Tax
All products delivered within the State of North Carolina are subject to an eight percent sales tax.
Warranties
All products sold by Fixtures n more are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We do not
extend any warranty, stated or implied, beyond that provided by the manufacturer of the particular product. If you have purchased
a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Customer Support at 828-466-9880 for assistance in processing your
claim. We will not be liable for installation fees of any kind.
Defective Product
If any product proves to be defective within (30) days of receiving your order, contact us
immediately. Do not ship the product back without first contacting us for a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) and return
instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it, if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our
expense) a non defective replacement product.
Delivery
Orders take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery depending on product availability and seasonal
variations in delivery transportation. Production schedules can change and result in a product being temporarily out of stock.
This can cause delays. Backorders are beyond our control. Please contact us at 828-466-9880 or e-mail us at
info@fixturesnmore.com if your order has not been received within the time expected.
We will contact you by e-mail with any backorder information we receive.
Shipping Damage
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the
carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of delivery slip that you include a note stating the package
appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (UPS, Fedex, etc.,) immediately.
Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier yourself.
Returns
HOLD ON TO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods
Authorization number (RGA #) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Products may
be returned within 30 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition
with all of the manufacturer's packaging intact. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 25% restocking fee.
Your original shipping and processing charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. Orders returned after 30 days and/or without
an RGA # will not be accepted.
Privacy Policy
Fixtures n more is committed to protecting your privacy. Information you provide to us
will not be sold or given to any outside party. We do share your address and phone number with the manufacturer responsible for
shipping your order, but it is used only for the processing and shipment of the order. Fixtures n more will use your phone
number to contact you only if there is a problem with the fulfillment or delivery of your order. If you have any questions or
concerns regarding our privacy policy, please contact us so we can address them.
